Right just about to go and spray all my car and get it colour coded.

no just need to know how front and back black bumper comes off, and the side strips.

if some one could tell me, that would be great

Open the doors. Back stips push off forward and the front ones push off backwards.

As for the bumpers you can just work it out as you go along.
