Right heres the deal... my names Josh.. (god knows why)
i had a BMW e36 compact till i rolled it over (in a chav stylee)
and im picking up a 1.4 clio later this week (mk2 ph2) im currently driving my brother 1.2 16v... what sort of power difference am i looking at? and as its an 04 plate what does the facelift entail exactly.

not sure on the facelift at all, think they revised the inlet on the 1.2's but no idea on the 1.4s lol

my 1.2 feels just as quick as my gf's 1.4 16v corsa on the flat, but as soon as theres some weight in the car you can immediately feel the difference in torque. in that my car has absolutely none.

Yours will be similar to your brothers but with 94bhp(Might be 96!) manual a/c and electric sunroof. might have rear discs as welll I think!! Other than that its the engine and a/c upgrade you get for your money.
