Awww mate, those scratches are really nasty. I realy do feel for you. I just can not understand why these mindless scum have to do such vile things. What makes it even worse is, there really isn't a decent enough punishment that you could dish out that will teach other like minded scum never to do it.

It makes me so angry to think these little s**ts can just do these things and walk away laughing. I would say a darn good beating is definitely a justifiable punishment. If the law can't protect our property it's about bloody time we were allowed to do it ourselves!

Mine's not been keyed but I know how you feel......just got my 182 on Tuesday. Parked it at work and 4 hours later some idiot had opened their passenger door right into the side of my driver's door and left a massive dent and took some of the paint off. They knew they'd done it aswell cos they'd left finger marks on the door where they've tried to get the paint off. Buggers didn't even stop and own up to it!

This reminds me of a story my dad told me

Aout 20 years ago my dad owned a lotus Europa. It was immaculate and was in several mags.

One day he went for a drink with my mum and when he came out of the pub he caught some guy keying his lotus in the car park.

My dad said "What the hell are you doing?"

Scumbag "I cant afford a nice car like this so why should you have one?"

My dad then kicked the sh*t into him and took what cash the scumbag had in his wallet (apparenly about 10 quid)

Im really sorry to hear about your car mate. All I can say is they are jeleous scumbags. What the hell do they achieve by damaging peoples cars?

Personally i'd take that to Pauls bodyshop in Barwell mate, they do a top job around there, not the cheapest in the world, but rest assured the lacquer won't start flaking off 6 months later!

Toypop has got it spot on actually. I now know where it happened, although not sure who. Basically a mate who i travel down to work with everyday, left his camper van there today, and exactly the same thing has happened to him....keyed twice on the back.

Reckon it must be one of the residents there, basically telling us not to park there in a rather harsh way!

Ozzy, i may well have a look there, ive had a number of quotes, although these include some extra minor bodywork i wanted doing on the bonnet

Oz - wont be taking it too Renault anyway, dont want to be paying £800 if i can help it! Probably take it too Tallis as ive heard good feedback. Ill try and get a quote from Paul, but its difficult now for me to go and get things done like this in the week now - cant nip out of work as and when like i could before lol

Jessica - It wasnt actually done at my house, i was certain from the start it wasnt, we NEVER have any problems of this sort, so i was pretty sure it was done at my mates, considering it had been there all of 3 days until it was keyed. Camera is still an option for home though.

as muich as this p***es me off you have to think....here's us worrying and getting agravated over a couple of small lines of paint missing on our cars whenthere's people aroudn the world who dont even have a car to put paint on...im not moaning at you of anyone else for that fact but... for the cost or resparying those pannels you can save thousands of lives anywhere in the world...

buy a decent paintball gun and watch your car for a few nights, if you see some little c**t touching it, shoot the sh*t outta him. It works trust me, oh yeah, use frozen paintballs too

Yep, felt sick when I saw it! I'd only had the car about 2 months as well. Anyway, all in the past now, hope yours doesn't cost you too much to get fixed, and once it's done you'll feel better. I hurts to have to pay out the cash because of mindless damage it took some scumbag only seconds to do though
