these pic were taken when i puchessed the clio since then i have lost the usb cable so i cant download my recent pic:eek: silly me.

As I said in the other new person's thread you need the following to be accepted:

60mm dropped on sportlines
Turini's 16's or larger standard alloys
Sports Grill from Reno
Standard engine
No loud exhaust
Stripped inside with no audio except top-notch front speakers
No tacky badges
No lexus lights

Perch - glad you agree on my choice- needed something reliable, sturdy yet stylish as i had a accident 6months ago in my saxoon the M4 and wrote it off...

*engine stay atm......air filter possibly.
*custom made stanless steel oval exit exhaust.

*eventually de-badge the billabong and dci??

Haha was just messing!!! Like I said, it seems to be a re-occuring event that when someone post's thier car up, those are the majority of suggestions that are given by fellow CS's.. You will see this when someone posts a thread like "182 - What mod's??" or "What do I need to get my 1.2 to 100bhp?"

i think some of this is ture, as people with lexus lights should be shot, but at the same time common sence and taste means standard cars and those with tastefull mods are generally more welcome than, people who spend money on making a car fast, then heavy with subs and exterior plastics.

but we all start somewhere and we all make mistakes before we get to a stage where we are happy, cocking it up is half the fun of modding a clio i believe.

Welcome to Cliosport, ignore the dci comments, I wish I had one. Avoid the 17" TSW black ice, they look gash, TSW Pace is what you want.

tbh angel.. You don't have to go with 16's just because everybody says "don't get 17's etc.." Get what you want love that you're happy with.. And if happyness is 17 inches.. don't let CS stop you :p

Im happy with my 17 inches and probs wont go back!!

oh a confused 'angel' is not a good one!!!:S i liked the tsw polish and black 17's thought theyd be abit different to the 'same old' multi spoke polied alloy?!

didnt think there was anything sexual about that comment doug?!:eek: ....not!:rasp:

oh yeah and AL i'm not a fella huny i'm a 'lady'

umm.. anyway...

I have 17" Wolfrace Asia-Tec Suzuka's polished silver and I think IMO they look the mutts on my car, however I really do wanna get her dropped 40mm.

If you think those wheels looks nice, get them!! Don't get wheels because everybody else likes them - You may end up hating them or even worse, regret buying them!!

I have fox alloys (halfraud specials) on my old 1.2 dynam

Because you have always said you want 17's then maybe you should go with the 17's you want! This will make you happier than getting some 16's you dont really like,

Iam running 17's atm and i dont see a problem with day to day driving at all, just slow the car down a little on the motorways :rasp:

The reason why iam saying go with 15's or 16's is due to handling reasons thats all, Oh and getting old at the age of 21 lol :)
