Roffle. Who's still naive enough to think a PC is superior. Honestly, I have a PC for games and thats it. For anything else its about as much use as a nuns tits!

ok...thats why a lot of business use PC's then
My PC does everything i want to
internet
PS
iTunes
Documents
Excel
few games
Im sure i could do that all on a mac too for double the cost of the unit
Yes i agree that the Mac is better in someways but cost/what joe bloggs is gonna use it for....PC wins hands down
My mac does all that a million times quicker without crashing. LY x

Business' have PC's because they're cheap no other reason. Most will opt for the lowest spec most basic machine that's capable of running the software they use.

If you had a pc that crashed you were obviously to busy downloading p0rn rather than downloading a free anti virus software. Or you got raped by NortonMy mac does all that a million times quicker without crashing. LY x
Your PC must be made of fail then? If it can play games but not do anything else well then there must be something seriously wrong?Roffle. Who's still naive enough to think a PC is superior. Honestly, I have a PC for games and thats it. For anything else its about as much use as a nuns tits!

I used to be a PC boy, spent a fortune on one, at the time, you couldnt get a higher spec, within a year it started having issues, hardware faults, blue screen, incompatible software...I spent a fortune trying to fix it, replacing faulty RAM units, PSU's etc.. Overall, I spent well over 2k on it.
One day, I was in Apple at the Trafford Centre, and saw a Glossy 24" iMac on the side, had a little play, the staff were happy to show me around it and the customer service was unrivalled.
I bought my iMac 2 years ago - £1200
Its not had one issue, and im not exagerating. The machines are flawless.
Dont get me wrong, I like PC's when they work..... but more often than not, they dont. And thats a pretty big flaw.
mac for media.
PC for cost effect business and home use. Why spank money on something to check your emails with?!
Ps. I have mac in my life
Mac and PS use 100% the same components and architecture
Sole difference is operating system, I could if I chose run a Mac OS on my Pc and of course vice versa (see first line above)
My PS3 does not turn into a differnt console if I install Linux (See first line above)
So yes its how much you want to spend really on exactly the same components, some prefer to pay double for 100% exactly the same thing, others don't simples...
a mac can't do anything a PC can't
a PC can do lots that a mac can't
PC win
but jason for the average person PC does everything a mac does for alot cheaper
I have grown up with both
and macs arent perfect, but i have had no trouble with pcs
my last laptop lasted 5 yrs and it just died on me but my computer does get a hammering
What can a PC do that a Mac cant?.....oh yeah, a PC can get a virus.
