Image enhancing

Hi all,

I was wondering is it poss to enhance an image. the thing is I have a pic from a friend, but was taken off a shitty cam phone and then when enlarged it pixelates so bad it's unreal! Are there any programs that could do this?

Nope you cant really add to a photo as the quality wont be there

no, if you make the image bigger the pixels that make up the image are going to get bigger, so will just look s**t.

Photoshop extrapolates images fairly well when making them bigger but it won't be able to add detail not there.
