Immobiliser wiring diagram required.

If anyone could send me a wiring diagram for an immobiliser on a 172 ph1 I would be very grateful.

You may as well be banging your head against a brick wall chap as the imobilliser doesn't work that way.

What is your actual problem?

Thanks for the reply.

Have the dreaded Flashing immobiliser light. Light flashes fast at ignition on. Car just turns over.

Tried new uch, ecu and key etc but no change. Hate replacing parts without knowing actual problem.

Think it may be in the wiring but can't find information I need to diagnose.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Take it somewhere with genuine dealer level equipment and have them run a network test. 99.9% it will return a fail on a comms line so once you know which it'll be an easy enough fix.

The trick is taking it to someone that knows what they're doing with both the cars and the equipment.

That seems to be the problem. Plenty of people willing to hook up for £50 but no specialists by any means. Would be a waste.

Anyone you know of in Northern Ireland worth contacting? If I bought CLIP would it do the job?

The equipment will do the job yes.

Worth checking the 2 amp fuse in the dash board fuse box as when blown can give that problem or key reader but both shots in the dark without diagnostic

@MicKPM this car is still not going. Have changed engine bay wiring loom and uch / key already.
What would you suggest? Can't get earth at immobiliser ring. Hasn't been fault read. No one wants to touch it / seems capable locally in NI.
Have you any magic tips? Happy to pay you for advice if required. Please pm me.
Next step is get rid / part it out.
