In need of a guide to stripping the rear interior

Hi i started stripping my rear interior today and i cant seem to remove the backs of the rear seats and also i have got a plastic thing not quite sure what it is in the boot at the rear of the seats.. how do i go about removing this does it simply unbolt?

It just unbolts when thats out the rear seats will come otu as well s such.

Just give them some force.

O and stick the bolts back in else the car gets wet inside.
