Has anybody else used them and had issues? I'm currently trying to contact them to order an audio adaptor for my 182. I have emailed them previously, no reply. I have rung them on more than one occasion and just get the answerphone. Their website is crap and you can't order from it directly so need to speak to someone in person, but can't!

just wondered, but they changed the adaptor for the '05 model...just to make sure you know and order the right one! you know if they have a cheaper adaptor for the 05 onwards yet as i want one but i'm waiting for the price to go down a bit!

Yeah that's the issue, they have it listed for 2005> on their website but I can't get intouch with them. Emailed on Friday, no reply. Tried calling them yesterday 2/3 times and got answerphone each time. The adaptor isn't priced on their site and hasn't yet appeared on CarAudio's site.

Daz, my old adapter went faulty (blew up) so i had to ring them for advice. They were very helpful and told me to check wiring, faxed me a wiring diagram to compare it too etc. In the end they just said we'll send you a new one asap (i didnt even send them back the broken one).

i think i had to phone them 3 times in total, and was blown away with the customer service they gave! :approve:

Yeah you're ok mate, it's the "update list" ones that fall foul :dapprove: "tuner list" is fine.

Hi All,

I had the update list tuner in my 182 2005 clio, I have one of the InCarTec Adaptors with my Alpine Head Unit. I sourced mine through a local car audio dealer in Milton Keynes. They are not cheap at around about £100. I have to admit though it works really well!

on that link you posted daz, they say it connects via a 'yellow mini iso' whereas thats for <05 clios, on ours its a long black connector on the back of the LC display. worth checking if your going to get it...
