Indicator and locking problem ??

Strange one this, and yes I have searched and most will probly say UCH, just wanted to see if anyone had had similar problems and sorted it another way ,earth conections etc ?
When I unlock car all passanger side indicators come on (done this once when unlocking car) and stayed on for few minutes no way of turning them off.
Go off on there own . Also when I lock car some times it locks then unlocks straight away as button is pressed on key ? ? Not every time just randomly .
The indicator problem happened once last year cleaned earths and did not happen again till now.will try this first to see if it cures it before I go UCH route.
Did not have locking problem last year tho ? ?
Any advice before I go UCH route ?

Prob the uch but check ya fuses and earths first especially the one on the gearbox

Not realy its just above where you passengers side seet would be

Does sound more like an earth problem though than anything else id get them checked first,

Do you need to remove much to access the earth wire on gearbox ?

Jack the b**ch up, front passenger wheel off, then pull the plastic arch flap back and its right in front of you
