Indicator/Rear Fog short circuit

Car seems to have developed a slight short between the right hand indicators and the rear fogs.

Does anyone know if this is common and if so where I should be paying attention before I go searching the entire wiring loom. The fault only happens when the headlights are on, the rear lights show interference when the indicator flashes and the orange fog light symbol on the dash pulses with the indicators.

Car is a **52 172 Cup, completely standard with factory fitted alarm/immob.

it will be the earth at the rear clusters, just needs cleaning.

Ok next question, where are the rear light earths bolted up? It is dark outside and I removed the rear clusters but couldn't see any eathed wires.
