My only advice is, keep everything you take off in a box in case you ever want to go back to how things were before. :)

Also, you might want to think about informing your insurance company - just in case.

Induction kit is a 5-10min job...Be naughty and dont tell the insurance company! Soon as they hear induction, ££££!

Agree with ^^^^, Keep all the bits just incase!

Yeah very straight forward to fit, just make double sure the filter is tighten and perhaps check once in a while to make sure it hasnt become lose. Try and keep all the screws and dont take off anything you dont need too in the engine bay as already said. And lol dont forget to rev it as hard as possible :)

Tell insurance company, it will be best for you in the long run. HIC give me about 10 bhp to play with before they consider upping my premium, so on goes IK, back box and Snoopy air freshner. Best not to tell them about neon washer jets though, your policy will sky rocket.

I got a PiperX IK delivered last week and what started as being a 10 minute job ended up being an evenings work as the new mounting plate they provided needed the inner hole filing out to accommodate the existing rubber seal. And the breather hoses needed to be cut down which was a bit fiddly. That was on mk I 16v though, your might be different!
