induction kit

What sort of improvement do you get from an induction kit, before you all say it i know there is very little, or no improvement in power but are they worth the 80 odd quid. Do they do anything apart from make a little bit of sound on a 1.2 16v. Many Thanks

Drill a couple of holes in a select place instead, and aim a cold air pipe at it. Similar noise, but free, and if you position the holes correctly ie: away from heat you wont lose power as with a lot of open IKs.

hummm...Bit dodgy that! on a 1.2, theres not a great demand for air, therefore performance gains are minimal. Wouldnt crack out the drill if i were u!

how can i make it faster then???? cant afford a 172 or anything quicker.
