Injector cable/ connection

As you can see from the outer cable has perished. Just wondered how to go about repairing it. Does the connection unclip if so can i cut the wire and reconnect it. Well in theory. Any help would be welcome.

(There is gap between them, there not touching)

Go and remove one off another Clio then solder he wires together
