Inlet Manifold Gasket - Is it ok to reuse ?

Does anyone know if the gasket would have to be replaced if the manifold had been removed ?

Or will you get away with using it again being a metal one ?

Reason being my inlet manifold was removed and refitted using the old gasket

It is recommended to change them, it depends how old it is and what condition its in.

Did you fit the inlet yourself? Did you have much trouble removing the old one?
