inner tied rods?

hi guys,
I think i need new inner tie rods on my steering, it feels a little vague, was also an advisory on the mot, my car is a 182 cup.
Are 182 inner rods different from 182 cup ones?

I am no expert mate. However have been looking into swapping out my non cup ones. So been doing a fair bit of forum reading.

i think the mounting point on the cup hubs is different to standard, leading to a different length of inner rod. Do some googling. I think folk talk about cup rods ONLY being available from renault in the correct length.

Fairly sure they are interchangeable you just have to wind the threads out a little more.

My old 182 cup had inner rods from ECP.

My current car has standard DCI inner rods on 172 running gear which is wider than the standard DCI kit.
