Installing amp under new Clio seat

Has anyone installed an amplifier under the passenger seat of a 2001+ Clio yet?

Im tempted to do it on mine and cant see any immediate problems but thought Id check if anyone here had done it and had any problems first.

The amp is a Kenwood 4 channel which Im planning to use to power the front components and also a sub (when I get round to making a nice box or buying a stealth box).

I thought about installing under the seat. But now I think itll have to go in the boot. I dont like the idea of peoples feet/assorted crap and crud getting near the power/output terminals.

yeah my amp got quite scratched from stretching and not knowing an amp was under my seat =/
