Installing Rear Calipers?

I have no knowledge of this what so ever but I want to spray my calipers yellow but I have noticed I don't have calipers on the back
Is it hard to install rear calipers?? and if so how??
Is there any other way i could just make it look like i have calipers on the back as I just want yellow Calipers for apprerance :/

You can install callipers on the back but there's literally no point at all.

Do you honestly think anyone would care / notice that you have drums ?!

I joke don't paint your drums, no point installing rear calipers just for appearance
