Insurance cheque issue

Due to my write off a couple weeks ago my insuurance co. has sent me a cheque for a settlement figure, thing is i have not agreed to a final agreement figure and i can't call them due to phone issues(their end). This happened to anybody else?

You have to find a way to call them!

dont cash the cheque, automatically is acknowledged as acceptance of final pay-out.

Hang fire, and try to contact them

All sorted now, apparantly they send them out when they make an offer, managed to get another £500 off them too
