Insurance claim, help needed!

Hit a kerb last week, front suspension has collapsed and the drivers seat airbag was triggered.

I'm making a claim through tesco insurance, the car is being taken tomorrow to their approved mechanics.

When asked if I had any modifications I said no.

The only mods the car has are: dynamique spoiler, RS grille and 195/50 R15 tyres.

Should I have mentioned these and would any of these invalidate my claim? They're only subtle cosmetic changes in my view.

I'd swap the grille, leave the rest.

tyres surely wont make a difference unless the alloy themselves have changed!! never heard of anyone stripping an alloys tyre off before lol

They won't notice those, assuming the tyres aren't on obvious aftermarket alloys.

You will be fine, just say that's how you bought the car and you didn't know anything on there had been changed.....that's if they even notice

Tesco's are a set of c***s. But you should be alright lol
