Insurance Claims

Following an accident in Dec 2003, I have today received final notification that the case is closed, no claims bonus restored etc etc. Just curious to know how long other people have had to wait before their cases have been fully resolved?

Mine was recently full resolved, happned in june/july, got the payment in a few weeks, other party was arguing it, in the end it went 50/50 :-(
