Insurance for performance cars for young

Anyone got Max power or something there, and have any insurance companies on the back pages that deal with young age drivers for performance cars...

Try BHP insurance, name is a little dodgey but they were really good give you a reasonable base price to the haggle with.

If you get someone to beat there price go back to them and see what they can do, i saved myself a good few hundred quid, service is also very good they sorted me out really quickly when i had my accident.

Its not for my 5 thats insured - the 5 has stage2 cam, vernier pulleys, larger turbo, full de-catted exhaust system, dump valve, light n balanced flywheel, silicon hoses... (not that prolly makes a diff!!) the guy told me it was pushing out 180ish when i brought it. - its getting a 300bhp tune up around august anyway.. so that willl be null/void soon lol

its for a Audi TT 180 Quattro, Norwich said i need tro be 25?? they said i needed to be 25 when i had my williams... but i got insured on that elsewhere!

im 21... im in jersey channel islands tho.... will tescos etc even cover jersey? prolly not!

Give a couple of the normal insurers a call as well. When I called these so called specialist companies a few years ago they were way off the mark compared to the likes of Direct Line.

hollywood, im getting pretty much every engine mod available on the k-tec webby! gonna be like 5K to get everything done!

atm theres a aluminium intercooler in there, and no idea what boost is running on it as dont have a boost gauge, everything was done thru the bleed valve i expect!

james with an alloy intercooler u will be pushing it to get 180bhp it can be done but the stress on your turbo and cooler will be huge.
Trust me matey i know people with some very quick 5s and they are not pushin that kind of power. If u aim for 200 that will make it lightning.

Sack K tec off. Ring Ian at Euro Parts for 5 tuning, hmmmmmmmmm stainless liners. Plus he has a very nice R1. Not sure he does much buisness by post though and is a long way from yours to Stoke. He is the one who did the twin engined 5, 5k would go a long way towards one of them...
