Been thinking about putting some lowering springs on my car, phoned up tesco insurance to ask how much it would add per year. £240 extra per year.

 Is that a silly amount or am i being stupid? lol

Thanks
Carl

just spoke to them again and 240 quid is correct :X although a performance exhaust doesnt cost anything apparently.

That seems like way too much, ring back and get them to clarify exactly what that price was for? I was with tesco when I was 18 and was told extra £90 per mod, 3 max, non-performance, on a £2k/yr premium. Now I'm with elephant and they only asking for £65 for springs and alloys on a £500 premium, that is good enough for me:)
