im bored and in my I.C.T lesson again, an was wondering if anyone had any ideas about insurance price on a mk1 16valver with a fewm mods at the age of 17 for a male.

Too much!! im on £650 a year with Tpt&t on a 1.2 clio with alloys/spoiler/sunroof!! declared and im 18 now... i have done my pass plus i have no no claims bonus and i havent had a claim

even for me (over 21) 1995 valver would be £900pa, for 17 yr old, as Tom says, over £2000

ok so wot about a willy 3 for a 20 yr old under his old mans insurance with 2 yrs no claims (is that a bit more challenging)

its any driver insurance with me as a named driver so really its insurance for a 56yr old bloke aint it?

my runaround (escort n reg 1.6 16v) is £750

Youll be lucky if you can even find anywhere that will insure you on a valver at 17 TBH. Also, dont be tempted to go on your parents insurance to start with. Get some NCB built up and get a decent motor when you can afford one. It sucks, but thats the way it is!

it is my daddies insurance but he only took it out wen i learnt to drive cus he got company car/insurance so in reality it is my insurance just under daddies name! if u get my drift! but i wanna know about a willy 3! im obsessed with them lol
