All these injuries from something that:
Wasn't a head on (so no closing speed of the other car)
Impact into her rear, very little lateral impact
You've effectively t-boned her rear quarter
Overall, you've driven into a moveable object at significantly less than 30 mph
...and it's caused all these serious injuries?
Haha, not that I begrudge you but it smells like a cheeky P.I. claim to me.
I'm sorry for your accident, all sounds like a lot of a faff, but the serious injuries you claim to have suffered, whilst I'm not a doctor, smell a bit whiffy to me?
I hope you can see why I think this (presumably others do too).
now for the 5th time Hayley what insurance companys are involved?
For the 2nd time; Its a web based company & until its all sorted I'm not really wanting to say,
The doctors have said its whiplash, I always thought it was from behind too, but apparently any impact causing spasm of the muscles etc is whiplash.
Gems; I'm going back to work Monday; can't take much more lol!
They hadn't even contract her insurers to see if she was actually accepting fault up till yesterday as far as I'm aware. She kinda admitted fault at the scene "I'm sorry, I didnt see you" but later back tracked saying she wasnt sure whos fault it was. Really there isnt much dispute as she was ignorant of the fact it was my right of way to continue moving along the road.
I contacted my insurers the day of the accident (monday) with the details and assumed they'd sort it but they're useless.
