Insure Clio 182 for 1 month

I need to insure my car for only 1 month as i'm going away from work for 6 months. Are there any insurance companies who will offer cheap insurance for just 1 month.

Not really, If you try to insure it for a short period they quote you crazy prices. Why not just insure it for the year and phone to cancel when you are leaving. they will refund you pro-rata for the time left.

Yer exactly what RoberCL said; you'll want it insured by someone for fire and theft at least for your sixth months.

Might be worth trying to get TPFT quote for a year to make it cheaper?

If you insure it with tesco, comp, then call back and tell them you are taking it off the road. they can reduce the cover to adft (acidental damage fire and theft) its normaly bout 2 quid a month or summet. Well on the policys i have seen since working there
