it sounds as if my 04 1.2 16v clio has a air/vac leak and only gets worse when the accelerator is pressed. unfortunatly ive not been able to have a look properly because its dark when i get home from work. it sounds as if its coming from the top at the rear of the engine. could this be the intake manifold or any of its connected hoses/parts?
