i like my carlack 68 cleaner and protection. for most upholstery

On alcantara I use warm water at most, its a pretty delicate material at best of times and can't imagine the stuff used in our humble Clios is the best quality!

I try not to use anything bar water on Alcantara. It is all the manufacturer actually recommends. They infact say to use just a dry cloth for weekly wipe downs.

I have used a weak solution of Autogylm Interior Shampoo and water before on it (not in a Renault though)
