Interior door handles for Carbon fibre door cards?

Hi Guys

I have fitted carbon fibre door cards and cup handle spacers etc. I now need to get some sort of handle fitted on the drivers door so i can pull the door shut etc. I know quite a few people also have carbon door trims of their track/race cars. What have they used etc and where can i get a cheap handle which doesnt look like tosh?
