Interior door panels

Anybody know how easy it is to take the door panels apart I want to spray the bit above the doorcard where the handle winder etc. is. Its a clio 2 (98&gt

just watch out for the sticky stuff

AS ABOVE,EASY BUT THAT STICKY STUFF DOESNT HALF LIKE TO HOLD ON SOMETIMES.

Oh yeah and dont get the stucky stuff anywhere near cloths, when i took mine off it took about 3 days to come off my hands
