Interior mirror - how is it mounted to the screen?

As title, how is the interior mirror on my FF 197 actually fitted to the screen, it is bonded, or on a mount?

bonded, do not use super glue. ive tried some of the halford rear view mirror bonding kits and there not great.

when this one falls off as ive no doubt it will, i will use some two part epoxy resin from maplin. a big tube only costs like £4.
