iPad booting problem?

Hi all, just bought a 3G iPad, an all it's doing is showing the apple symbol. Won't boot any further?

Just take it back

Look on YouTube for a guide on how to do it.

DFU mode will fix it.

try holding the home and power button for 10 seconds.

did that, now it registers on the computer, but got to find a wifi connection to down load the restore file. ffs!
