right so here goes,
on trying to sync and back up my iphone to itunes, it simply doesnt back up, its sync's and comes up with itune error message - itunes could not back up the iphone 'XXXX' because.....
I have looked on here and google and tryed these "fixes"
changed the timezone - didnt work
check c-drive disk space - 106gb free
rebooted iphone by holding the home and lock button toegther for 15+ sec's - didnt work
deleted the back up files in itunes - didnt work
i also deleted the backup files manually through the apple folder in users....
running out of ideas as i cant update to ios 5 software, because it wants to wipe my iphone to do so, as it cant back up.
i am on running windows7, itunes version 10, and iphone software4.3.5
