iPhone 4 question.

This morning about 7am my phone said it needs to restart and went off. Now 3 hours later it is still sat here with the apple logo on. Is there anything i can do? Or is it a case of waiting? Thanks Lee.

Hold the Home button and lock button for 10 seconds or so then release them.
