iphone 6 no longer connects to macbook?

For some reason my phone will no longer connect properly to itunes?
Charges fine off the cable, but itunes says it won't connect and I keep getting the 'trust computer' on the screen but even after clicking yes it won't work....anyone got any ideas?!

I noticed tonight I had an update for iTunes so possibly something to do with that. ?
