My dads came to me tonight with an Iphone 4s I gave him about two years ago. He's applied the latest update and he's now on an
Activate iPhone screen. His Apple ID / password doesn't work. Mine doesn't work either.
I bought it brand new so surely it has to be one or the other? I did the usual process before handing it over to him. Removed it from my Find my Phone etc. I've double checked it and it's not there.
Now we get the "This Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPhone".
I've just been googling it and it seems many have this issue but mainly because they can't get hold of the person they bought it from.
Well I have it in my hand and I can't fix it! :triumph:
Any ideas?
