iPhone & changing computers

Hi. I currently have my iphone synced with my desktop PC but I have just bought a macbook. Whats the easiest way to get all my apps, music etc on to the mac so I can now sync with my macbook? What about my contacts, will I lose them etc etc.
Anyone done this?

move the itunes music folder from one computer to you're new MacBook. If you bought OnetoOne at the apple store, they can do the transfer for you
