What settings have you entered and where did u get them from?
Make sure its the right settings like POP3/IMAP and does it use SSL, What authentication does it use?

Probably the person your trying to send to isnt accepting emails... Either that or your email server is having problems sending mail. Can you send to any other email?
If so that other email isnt accepting emails, if not then your email server may want rebooting

No emails will send at all, how do I reboot it?
Do you have access to your servers back end? Also depends on server type, weather its Linux running WHM or Windows?

That means nothing to me but if it simplifies things it's a GoDaddy email address that's linked to my iPhone?
If your not tech savvy open a support ticket with GoDaddy mate explain the problem and ask can your email server be restarted
