iPhone stopped interweb etc

My phone has shat itself.

No ebay, no facebook and no yahoo. More importantly, no CS...

What do I do? Please go gentle with me....

Top left of your phone, next to where it says your network.. What's there?

Try a reboot for an easy fix to most issues, hold the home and lock buttons together until it goes off (don't slide the power thing) and keep them pressed until it begins to switch on again.

Its got a signal bar (on number 2 of 5)

Then ORANGE

Then a signal thingy, which is on one of three

Then a spinny round signal thing, but thats really dark grey and not moving.

Then ''19:50''

Then a padlock with a an arrow round it

Then a clock picture.

Then bluetooth (which is dark grey, is this normally white?!)

Then the battery.

Turn it on and off as Jenny says.
