ipod lead to sony?

in process of getting a 30gb video, and wanna connect to the sony hu in my car its got changer input and normal phonos and i wanna get the best sound out of it, whats the best bit of kit to get and will it charge the pod aswell?

any help would be appreciated, plus what functions will the pod have can i just whack it in the glove box?

hey! basically... i have a sony headunit like that with an aux input. just get an auxiliary cable from somewhere like ebay. its like a headphone jack leading to another headphone jack. that just blasts from the ipod into the headunit.
on mine you select "AUX INPUT" and your away. anything you play on the ipod plays on your speakers. it wont display the track name or anything on the headunit though.
