ipod Nano - Uploading album pics?

I've just got myself the 3rd Gen Nano for the gym, how on earth do I attach an album picture? There is a feature in iTunes but you have to register and give card details... I don't really want to go through the bother of yet another register site just for one thing... Is there a simple way like in windows where you select the jpg image in forder properties?

Yes.... Just look for the artwork, on something like amazon, Hmv, etc.. drag the artwork to your desktop, then into the artwork box on itunes.

there are subfolders in artwork, how do you link the picture to the music file? It doesn't seem to show up when i upload it to the nano?
