ipod question...

ive just lost my ipod nano 2gb, i was guted but then i got a bargin on a ipod video 30gb, thing is though, when i get it, what going to happen to my songs in my library? can i just plug in my new ipod and put all them songs on it or do i have to start all again?

just plug and play. a 4 year old could work an ipod and itunes

Yeah it should work with no problems. You will prob have to de-authorise your old iPod and authorise your new one on iTunes tho.

u cant deauthorise it unless its plugged in tho..? am i correct?

You might be right actually, not 100% sure if im honest.

Edit: You could just reinstall iTunes if thats the case.

The music in your libary thats protected cant be taken off the ipod to another machine (at least not in iTunes), but the music can be put onto any ipod thats linked with your machine.
