iPod Sync?

How can i sync only tracks i want? mum bought me a Ipod Nano so when i go on the bike, but since 12 i have been tryin to put some on and it automaticly puts as much as it can onit leaving me with 0mb left,

Some 1 plz tell me how to do it

Connect youe ipod to your pc, once you have done this, somewhere in the settings it asks "do you want your ipod to mirror the contents of itunes?"

Click in the NO box and it will be sorted...

I will look at mine for the exact steps if I get chance!

go to preferances and turn off auto sync mode

Just get it to sync a playlist instead, that's what I do for both my iPods.

As above I just sync selected playlists on my iphone or nano as they are both only 8 gig.

done it, thanks guys for some reason i couldnt delete tracks off it either, so Factory Restore sorted it out,
