Phase 2. Never seen a 51 plate PH1 but have seen Y reg PH2s

Almost certainly a Ph2.

Some PH2's are on a Y reg, so a 51 will be a PH2.

Theres a flame red 02 plate ph1 thats around bristol.

Depends on how late/early they were registered.
