Is an uprated manifold worth it?

What's folks opinions on an uprated manifold and full system
Any real difference?
Is it best to go decat or cat back?
What systems sound good on the 182

Uprated exhaust manifolds are very expensive and only really worth it if you're going high comp/big power N/A say with throttle boddies.

Quite a lot go for full system with decat, obviously come MOT time you'll need a cat.

I'm happy with my Milltek system that came with the car.

The Scorpion system is also a good one.

I like it.

It has a straight through centre section though, so it's louder than the stock Milltek.

I'll look on ktec for a decat pipe also
Think that will be decent with a panel filter and a remap, and that should do me

I think of it this way.

It's like having sex with your gran. You could do it, but you probably shouldn't.
