Not trying to stir the pot, but it would seem Floyd has left K-Tec West Midlands and setup himself. Floyd has sorted me sorted me out twice in the last at K-Tec, and has a top job! Couldn't recommend him enough. Does anyone have any info on what's happened or happening?

Ktec seem to be getting a bad rep again lately. Orders taken for parts not in stock and looong delivery times with zero customer contact. Customers don't differentiate between the online side and the garage so jumping ship could have been a wise move if their workload has been dropping off. Good luck to him if he's as good as you say.
