is my dephaser pully gone

hi there all ive changed my belts a few weeks back.

now its abit noisey and feels abit slow

does this sound like its gone down after belts were changed?

if it's slow, i'd say your timing is out. That might make it noisy on it's own

all timed up bang on. maybe its me thinkin it was faster than it was.

is it worth a oil flush and change u think?

i did the work (ex renault tech) which doesnt mean nothin really lol

Mine was noisy for ages, I just left it as the engine was coming out anyway. I had some mad flatspot sometimes around 3k, other times I did not. Checked the timing when I took it out and it was 100% spot on. Belt came off and I was left with this...

The same happened with Mattehs, Beaniemoos and a few others that had more excessive play than mine in the video...so they cant 'only get noisy', surely...
