Is my gearbox mount fubarred? pic included :)

hi, i've been taking pics of my engine and gearbox mounts. this looks knackered, but can't find any pics on the internet of the lower gearbox mount.

Looks normal to me. Do you have any knocking?

no, but feels a little sharp when i come off the gas in gear. not enough to knock it out of gear but feels like it might eventually go that way.

It's normally the other 3 mounts that cause the problems.
