is there a way to take the esp off

if i switch it off it still cuts in and i want to take it off is there a fuse somewhere i can take out .....i have looked in the fuse box just inside the door but there seems nothing in there for the esp

When you turn if off does the light come on the dash? If not your switch could be broke.
