Is this a good example to buy? any problems to look out for?

Hi ppl,

Looking for advice if poss please!!

Im viewing this valver on monday eve with view to buy it...

Looking at the mileage etc, is there any things i should look out for?

Any problems you've experienced at this sort of spec?

The exhaust rattle is the system knocking on torsion bar according to owner (I will check the cat when im viewing it).
And the sill isn't a problem as my uncle can do it!
Are wheels bearings a big prob on valvers?

Any advice/problems/warnings will be much appreciated.

Rust the biggest killer check the arches and under the car. Also check round the rear wiper blade.
The jacking points should be in good condittion but I'm picky but it would IMo give you an idea of its its possibly been crashed (as they bend when people crash them) and how much care they take when they jack it up.
Just get a new or second hand hub its not a big job at all.
Low milage wouldn't be any importance to me personally.
The exhaust will probably be ratling as the cars so low best way to fix it is to higher the car as it will make it easier to rive round day to day.
Otherwsie its new rubber mounting bits there only cheap though.

Check for rust at the bottom forward bit of the arches they fill with dirt and rsut can settle in.
